  • Each user has a unique username password combination.
  • Cloud4Bizz uses only Secure Socket Layer (HTTPS) for secure browsing.
  • Others only have access to your files if you give them access.

AES 256-bit File Encryption

Cloud4Bizz stores all your information in the Microsofts external cloud storage platform Windows Azure. Some have (strong) doubts about the security of cloud storage environments such as Windows Azure. By encrypting all your files with 256-bit Encryption file before they are stored in the cloud, we greatly reduce the risks. After all, if the security of cloud storage would be compromised, then the unauthorized person would have to crack 256-bit encryption first to view and read your files.

What is AES Advanced Encryption Standard?

Because the 256-bit AES Encryption is so important to protect your business information and knowledge, here some info on AES.
AES is an algorithm to encrypt data. This ensures that your (confidential) information remains secret, even if someone intercepts or steals the information. The intruder can not see the contents of the original file. Only the one who has the key can view its contents, and that one is you.

What are the advantages of AES?

  • It’s fast. This is important because the security of your files should not be at the expense of your convenience.
  • At this moment all hack efforts have been more or less unsuccessfull. Some attempts have been made, but they have only been succesfull in breaching one of the many secure layers. So untill further notice, AES encryption can be regarded as uncrackable.

256-bit AES Encryption is used by banks and defense. It is sometimes called the “military grade encryption”.

Guarantee 100% security does not exist

Cloud4Bizz tries to minimize the security risks as much as possible, but a 100% security guarantee can not be given. As long as there is something of value online and offline, there will be people who want to steal this value. The best protection of data online is not putting that data online. If you are in doubt or really don’t trust the online security, store your important data into a physical safe in a secure place like a bank. Use Box4Bizz only to store data that is used for operational matters.

Safety: more than just security
