  • get anytime anywhere access to your mail via the Web using Outlook Web App.
  • synchronize your mail and contacts on all devices.
  • synchronize your Cloud4Bizz SharePoint calendars and Outlook Calendars in Outlook. No double or more missed appointments.

Hosted Outlook Mail: Desktop and Webmail

Because we offer hosted Exchange 2010 Outlook, you can use your own mail without the hassle of mail servers. You can access your mail via:

  • Outlook mail as a desktop application
  • Outlook mail as webmail (Outlook Web App)

Mail Alerts

As mail is such an important means as communication you will be able to send mail alerts with a Standard Cloud4Bizz account (These alerts do not require an Outlook Exchange account). So whenever a change takes place with a document or task within Cloud4Bizz that you want to be alerted for, you will receive an alert via your mail. This way you will always know what is happening with that document or task.
