  • Automatic backup. Everything you upload in Box4Bizz will be copied after encryption. The two files (‘original’ and ‘copy’) will be stored in two geographically separate locations in Windows Azure. Windows Azure is the hypermodern and highly secure cloud storage platform of Microsoft. Your files will be stored in a datacenter in Amsterdam and Dublin. Our Box4Bizz datacenter lies right next to the datacenter of Microsoft so there is an excellent connection. This means that you can access your files fast.
  • Find old versions of documents with one click thanks to versioning. Very handy when one overwrites a document by accident or when an older version of a document appears to be better that the following versions;
  • Search and find files fast. Box4Bizz is regarded as an extra drive or volume by your PC and Mac. So you can use the search tools of your computer to find the files on your Box4Bizz virtual drive fast and easy.
  • Share information and files easily. To collaborate well you need to share your files with others (internal and external) in an easy way. Just rightclick your mouse and you can start sharing.
  • Send information secure via mail. You can ‘send’ files safely via mail. In fact you are not sending the file as an attachment with the mail, but you are sending a link. The receiver clicks on the link and gets access to the file.
  • Standard 15 or 30 GB storage per account. You get 15 or 30GB storage in Windows Azure with your Box4Bizz account. Extending your storage is easy to realize. As Windows Azure has Petabytes (= 1000 Terabytes) storage, you can expand ‘endlessly’.
