• All your files you upload to Box4Bizz are encrypted with 256 bit AES encryption. Should someone who is not authorized have access to your information in the Cloud then that person will not be able to read your information as it unreadable through encryption.
• All your information is stored centrally. If you want to share your information with others outside your organization, you just have to send the other a mail with a link. You do not need to send an email with an attachment. When the recipient clicks the link, this person can access the file.
  
• All your information is – after it has been encrypted – copied and the two copies are stored in Windows Azure. One copy is stored in the Microsoft data center in Amsterdam, the other in the Microsoft data center in Dublin, Ireland. This means that your files are automatically backed up. You do not need separate backup hardware.

• Make sure your mobile Internet devices are protected with a PIN.
• Please don’t let the browser on your mobile phone, tablet or laptop remember your Box4Bizz password  – how easy and convenient that may be. In case of loss or theft, you have given your “key” to your encrypted files away.
• Do not send important documents by mail or leave it on the hard disk of your laptop or other mobile internet device.
• Do not share your username / password combination with others.
• Have the self discipline to store all important files in the secure environment of Box4Bizz. Use the stored file in Box4Bizz to work on. Result: you will always have all your important files in Box4Bizz and you will always have the latest version at hand.
